Can I still use the free registrations or abstracts if I purchase a package?

Yes. Free registrations or abstracts are included in addition to your purchased plan. For example, if you purchase the Small plan, your total available registrations or abstracts will be 275.

Once I use up my purchased plan, can I continue with pay-as-you-go?

Absolutely. After your purchased plan is fully consumed, your account will automatically switch to the pay-as-you-go model, so your event can continue without interruption.

Can I use a purchased plan across multiple events?

Yes. All purchased plans are valid across all events you run on MeetingHand. You are not limited to a single event.

Can I purchase another plan after buying one?

Yes. You can purchase additional plans at any time and continue using MeetingHand seamlessly, without any downtime or disruption.

Do purchased plans have an expiration date?

No. Purchased plans never expire. For example, if you buy a Medium plan and use only 500 registrations or abstracts, you can use the remaining balance for future events-even years later.
